With Mark and Lara we've meet a long time ago, they were looking for a suggestive location, a tuscan wedding photographer and a wedding planner. About photography I think, it was love at first sight, we've immediately got in tune, as far as possible we tried to help them in the selection of the wedding planner, choice that fell on our good friend Caterina Testardi, great professional which helped them to find the location of their desires: the Fattoria di Fubbiano, an agricultural company specialized in the production of wine, located in the countryside of Lucca in the typical Tuscan hillside setting.
Mark is partly Italian because his grandfather is from the north of Tuscany, while Lara is English of Jewish religion, this cultural mix has allowed the realization of a wedding full of tradition and sentiment, as well as unbridled fun
The Jewish ritual was celebrated in the garden in front of the villa on a strangely gray and rainy July day, but the bad weather did not stop the team that instead did its utmost to allow the newlyweds and guests to fully enjoy the party.
After the ceremony, full of symbols, gestures and traditions, finally the sky opened up, giving a beautiful sunset that allowed us to create together with the couple a beautiful wedding photo shooting between olive trees and vineyards.
The most beautiful part of the wedding was undoubtedly the moment of the dances, as tradition, spouses and guests launched in the hora, a typical Israeli dance that takes place in all Jewish marriages. During this dance, the groom and the bride, after having danced in a circle separately and unrestrained, are put on two chairs and raised above the crowd. After the traditional dances, everyone jumped on the dance floor and danced until late night
