An American dream of love in the city of Lucca. Giacomo and Jackie are a couple from Chicago, but of mixed origins, he comes from Lucca and Jackie is American of Mexican culture. A fabulous mix that combined the Latin origins of both with the opulent American style, combined with unique elegance and refinement.
Being a wedding photographer for such a sought-after event is always a big responsibility. Telling stories is what we like to do and do it for people who come from a tradition and a different culture from ours is stimulating and it is what helps us to revive with each new service the passion for wedding photography.
An unusual thing about this wedding was the idea of creating what is called "first look", that is a meeting between groom and bride, alone without guests, for a moment of intimacy before the wedding itself. As a setting for this magical moment, the bride and groom chose the historic centre of Lucca so they could do the shooting in an unusual location for her, but extremely familiar and loved for him.
The wedding began in the secret garden of the beautiful Villa Grabau, with the impeccable organization of "L'Evento".
At the end of the beautiful ceremony, a group of mariachis, accompanied the couple and their guests in the garden of the villa to the sound of traditional Mexican music, making Italian guests enjoy themselves a lot and making Mexican guests feel more at home.
